How it Works
How it Works
You share what's on your mind, unsorted. MindSort AI organizes it into clusters, and Claude acts as a facilitator — not answering for you, but helping you see the pattern and decide what matters. You end with up to three clear priorities.
One board, always current:
Your board holds everything you've sorted — clusters, thoughts, tags, and priorities.
It saves automatically and stays with you across conversations.
Each time you reorganize, it updates to match — no version history, just your latest thinking.
Step 1 — When your attention is scattered
Get everything competing for your attention out of your head.
Say: "I have too much going on — help me find focus."
Then dump it all, however messy.
Step 2 — Untangle your thoughts
Keep going — say what's on your mind, however messy. Claude will ask what else is competing for your attention until it's all out. When you're done, just say so, and your board appears — everything sorted into clear clusters and untangled thoughts.
Step 3 — See the bigger picture
Look at the board. MindSort groups related thoughts so the shape of what's going on becomes visible — connections you couldn't spot while carrying it all in your head.
Step back and look at the board: what belongs together, and what actually deserves your attention. Want it grouped differently? Just say how:
"Split 'Client work' into deadlines and follow-ups."
Step 4 — Find focus again and set up to 3 priorities
Claude asks what matters most right now — making progress, clearing a blocker, or getting some relief — and helps you choose from there.
Step 1 — Connect Priority Guardian in Claude
Go to Claude Settings → Connectors → find Priority Guardian→click Connect.
You'll be prompted to authorize via OAuth.
This creates your Priority Guardian account automatically — no separate sign-up needed.
Step 2 — Kick off onboarding
Tell Claude: "Set up my priorities in Priority Guardian."
Claude will guide you through declaring up to 3 priorities — name, type (deadline or flexible), targets, and calendar keyword (P1, P2, or P3) or use the dashboard widget to create them yourself.
Step 3— Google Calendar
During onboarding, the Priority Guardian dashboard appears. From there, connect your Google Calendar with one click. Priority Guardian gets read-only access — it reads event titles and times
to compute hours against your priorities. It never writes to your calendar.
Once connected, tag your Google Calendar events with P1, P2, or P3 in the event title
— that's how Priority Guardian tracks the time you worked on your priorities.

I connected but nothing happens when I share my thoughts
MindSort AI builds your board once you've got it all out — not while you're still adding. Keep going until you've said everything, then tell Claude you're done ("that's everything"). The board appears then. Or tell Claude explicitly to organize them into a MindSort AI board.
My board from a previous session is missing
Your board is saved and tied to your original authorization. The most reliable way back to it is to reconnect from the same browser and device you first used — that's what links you to your existing board. A new, empty board can appear if you connect from a different browser or device, clear your cookies, or return after a long stretch of inactivity. If you've reconnected from your usual browser and it's still missing, contact support@priority-guard.com.
I get an error when connecting
Try disconnecting and reconnecting from Claude Settings→ Connectors. If the problem persists, contact support@priority-guard.com.
I want to delete my board or my account
Ask Claude to delete your MindSort AI data. It confirms exactly what will be removed before anything is deleted.
