1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Unpack ("the App"), you acknowledge that you have read and understood these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
2. Description of Service
Unpack is a question-first brainstorming tool that helps users explore problems by generating and organizing questions, not solutions. It operates within OpenAI's ChatGPT platform and is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
Unpack does not provide answers or recommendations. Any actions taken based on outputs are solely the user's responsibility.
3. Eligibility
You must meet the minimum age requirements set by OpenAI to use ChatGPT. By using Unpack, you represent that you meet those requirements. Use of ChatGPT is subject to OpenAI's terms and policies.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree to use Unpack only for lawful purposes. You will not:
Use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
Attempt to interfere with or disrupt the App's functionality
Use the App to process content that violates OpenAI's usage policies
Use the App in a way that attempts to extract professional advice or bypass safeguards
5. Intellectual Property
Unpack's branding, design, and custom functionality are owned by Nadja Carabulea. The App is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
Content you create using Unpack (your problem statements, questions, etc.) remains yours.
6. Third-Party Services
Unpack operates within OpenAI's ChatGPT platform. Unpack does not control OpenAI's services. Your use of ChatGPT is governed by:

Unpack is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to:
Fitness for a particular purpose
Accuracy or reliability of results
Uninterrupted or error-free operation
Unpack is a thinking tool, not professional advice. Do not rely on it for medical, legal, financial, or other professional decisions.
Outputs generated by Unpack may be incomplete, incorrect, or misleading and should be treated as exploratory prompts, not factual statements.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nadja Carabulea shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of Unpack.
This limitation does not apply in cases of intent, gross negligence, or liability for injury to life, body, or health, or where liability is mandatory under applicable law.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be reflected in the "Effective Date" and "Version" at the top of this page and apply prospectively from that date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
10. Termination
We reserve the right to disable or restrict Unpack's functionality where feasible if we believe these Terms are violated or if conduct is harmful to other users or the App.
11. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Germany, without regard to conflict of law principles.
