Privacy and Cookie Policy

Fulfilling Productivity

Effective Date: January 8, 2026
Version: 2.0 I Last Updated: September 2026

1. Scope of this Policy

This Privacy and Cookie Policy applies to the Fulfilling Productivity website at fulfilling-productivity.com and to websites, product pages, applications, and online services operated under the Fulfilling Productivity brand that expressly link to this Policy.

This includes the marketing and informational pages for:

  • Unpack AI;

  • MindSort AI, including MindSort AI MCP;

  • Priority Guard Suite, including Priority Guardian MCP; and

  • future Fulfilling Productivity products that link to this Policy.

This Policy covers the shared processing carried out across the Fulfilling Productivity brand, including website hosting, enquiries, waiting lists, consent management, and website analytics.

Individual products may process additional information when you use the product itself—for example, account information, prompts, connected-service data, authorisation tokens, calendar data, or product activity. Where a product-specific privacy notice is provided, that notice supplements this Policy and takes precedence for processing specific to that product.

Fulfilling Productivity is the umbrella brand operated by the controller identified in Section 2.

2. Controller

Data Controller (Art. 4(7) GDPR):
Nadejda Carabulea
Email: support@fulfilling-productivity.com

Further legally required information is provided in the Impressum, available on this Website.

3. Data We Process on This Website

Fulfilling Productivity processes only the following personal data:

3.1 Waiting List / Notification Signup

When you enter your email address to be notified about a product launch, we process:

  • Email address

  • Timestamp of submission

  • Product(s) you requested notification for (if applicable)

Purpose:
To notify you once the relevant product becomes available.

No newsletter, marketing, or promotional emails are sent.

3.2 Contact Form

When you use the contact form, we process:

  • Email address

  • Message content

  • Timestamp of submission

Purpose:
To respond to your inquiry.

3.3 Information Collected Automatically

When you visit our websites or product pages, we and our service providers may automatically receive:

  • your IP address and approximate geographic region;

  • browser type and version;

  • device type, operating system, and screen characteristics;

  • the page visited, referring page, and date and time of access;

  • navigation and interaction information, such as clicks, scrolling, page changes, and interaction with website elements;

  • diagnostic information, including loading errors and performance information;

  • pseudonymous browser or session identifiers, where you have consented to the relevant cookies; and

  • your cookie and consent preferences.

Depending on your consent choices, Microsoft Clarity may also generate heatmaps and session recordings showing how visitors navigate and interact with our pages. These recordings are intended to show interaction patterns and website usability rather than identify visitors personally.

We do not use Microsoft Clarity to make decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects about individual visitors.

4. Lawful Basis for Processing

Depending on the activity, we rely on the following legal bases:

  • Waiting-list registrations and requested communications: Article 6(1)(b) GDPR, where processing is necessary to take steps at your request, and Article 6(1)(a) GDPR where we request consent.

  • Contact enquiries: Article 6(1)(b) GDPR where your enquiry concerns a potential or existing contractual relationship, or Article 6(1)(f) GDPR based on our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries and operating our business.

  • Consent management and necessary cookies: Article 6(1)(c) GDPR, where processing helps us comply with legal obligations, and Article 6(1)(f) GDPR based on our legitimate interest in recording and implementing visitors’ privacy choices. Storage that is strictly necessary to provide the consent-management service is based on Section 25(2) no. 2 TDDDG.

  • Microsoft Clarity analytics involving cookies or similar identifiers: your consent under Article 6(1)(a) GDPR and Section 25(1) TDDDG.

  • Restricted cookieless Clarity measurement: where Clarity processes limited page-level technical or interaction information without setting or reading non-essential cookies, we rely on Article 6(1)(f) GDPR, based on our legitimate interest in understanding technical website use and improving usability. In this mode, pageviews are not connected into a persistent visitor profile and returning visitors cannot be recognised through Clarity cookies.

You may withdraw consent at any time with effect for the future. You may object to processing based on legitimate interests by contacting us using the details in Section 14.

5. Data Retention

We retain personal data only for as long as necessary for the purposes described in this Policy:

  • Waiting-list information is retained until the relevant product notification has been sent, you unsubscribe, or after 24 months of inactivity, whichever occurs first.

  • Contact enquiries are generally retained for up to six months after resolution, unless a longer period is needed for a contractual relationship, legal claim, or statutory obligation.

  • The CookieYes consent cookie is generally stored for one year so that the website can remember your preference.

  • Microsoft Clarity playback data is generally retained by Microsoft for 30 days.

  • Microsoft Clarity click data, heatmap data, and sessions that have been labelled or favourited may be retained for up to nine months.

  • Server and security logs are retained according to the applicable provider settings and only for as long as reasonably necessary for security, troubleshooting, and legal compliance.

When retention is no longer necessary, information is deleted or anonymised, subject to applicable legal obligations.

6. Data Sharing

We do not sell or rent your personal data.

We disclose information only where necessary to operate our websites and products, respond to requests, comply with the law, or protect our legitimate interests. For the shared Fulfilling Productivity website infrastructure, relevant providers include:

  • Framer — website hosting, content delivery, and technical infrastructure;

  • CookieYes Limited — management and documentation of cookie preferences; and

  • Microsoft Corporation and its applicable affiliates — provision of Microsoft Clarity analytics, heatmaps, and session recordings.

  • Google Ireland Limited and Google LLC — storage and processing of waiting-list or contact-form submissions in Google Sheets, where this integration is enabled.

Additional service providers used by individual products are described in the applicable product-specific privacy notices.

Further information is available in the providers’ privacy documentation:

7. Hosting, Consent Management, and Analytics

7.1 Framer

Our website is hosted using Framer. When you visit the website, Framer and its infrastructure providers may process technical request information such as your IP address, browser details, requested URL, and timestamps to deliver and secure the website.

7.2 CookieYes

We use CookieYes as our consent-management platform. CookieYes displays the cookie banner, stores your preferences, and communicates those preferences to supported services.

The necessary CookieYes cookie remembers whether you accepted, rejected, or customised non-essential cookies. This prevents the banner from repeatedly asking for the same choice and helps us demonstrate that consent preferences are being respected.

7.3 Microsoft Clarity

We use Microsoft Clarity to understand how visitors interact with our websites and product pages. Clarity provides aggregated analytics, heatmaps, interaction information, and session recordings. We use these insights to:

  • identify usability problems;

  • understand which pages and content are useful;

  • detect broken or confusing interactions;

  • improve navigation, design, and accessibility; and

  • evaluate the performance of our product pages.

Depending on your consent and Clarity’s Consent Mode, Microsoft may process URLs, page-navigation information, clicks, scrolling, device and browser information, approximate location, timestamps, diagnostic information, and pseudonymous identifiers.

Clarity cookies are not set unless the required consent signal has been provided. When consent has not been provided, Clarity may operate in a restricted cookieless mode. In that mode, individual pageviews may still be reported, but pageviews are not connected through Clarity cookies and the visitor cannot be recognised as returning through those cookies.

We currently do not use Microsoft Clarity to serve personalised advertisements or conduct remarketing campaigns.

8. Cookies and Similar Technologies

8.1 What Cookies Are

Cookies are small text files stored by a website or service in your browser. They may be used to provide necessary functionality, remember preferences, maintain security, or measure website usage.

Session cookies normally expire when the browser is closed. Persistent cookies remain for a defined period unless deleted earlier.

8.2 Categories We Use

Necessary cookies are required to operate the website or remember your consent preferences. They cannot normally be disabled through our consent tool.

Analytics cookies help us understand how visitors use the website and improve its usability. They are activated only after the applicable consent has been provided.

Advertising-related cookies may be associated with identifiers used within Microsoft’s infrastructure for advertising, analytics, or operational purposes. Their appearance in this category does not mean that Fulfilling Productivity currently serves personalised advertising. They are disabled unless the applicable advertising consent has been provided.

8.4 Managing Your Preferences

When you first visit the website, you can:

  • accept all optional cookies;

  • reject non-essential cookies; or

  • select individual cookie categories.

You can change or withdraw your choice at any time through the Cookie Settings link or consent icon displayed on the website. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing that occurred before withdrawal.

Necessary cookies used to store and implement your preferences may remain active.

You may also delete or block cookies through your browser settings. Doing so may remove your saved preference and cause the cookie banner to appear again.

9. International Transfers

Some of our service providers, including Microsoft, CookieYes, Framer, or their infrastructure providers, may process information outside Germany or the European Economic Area.

Where personal data is transferred to a country outside the European Economic Area, we require an applicable safeguard under Chapter V GDPR, such as an adequacy decision or approved Standard Contractual Clauses, unless another lawful transfer mechanism applies.

Information about international transfers connected with individual products is provided in the relevant product-specific privacy notice.

10. Product-Specific Privacy Policies

Each product linked on this Website is governed by its own Privacy Policy:

  • Unpack AI – Privacy Policy: https://www.fulfilling-productivity.com/unpack-privacy-policy

  • Priority Guard App Suit – Privacy Policy: https://www.fulfilling-productivity.com/pg-privacy-policy

Each product page and product interface should link to this umbrella Policy and, where applicable, its product-specific supplemental notice.
